If something isn’t right, you can exchange or return your item within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Original invoice must be included.
  • Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for return/exchange.

Exchange Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

Refunds

Currently, we only offer product exchanges or store credit — no cash refunds.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with a picture. We’ll replace it free of charge.
